At Rove, every order is crafted with intention. We don’t pull from shelves—we build from scratch. That means every product is made to order, and nothing ships until it’s been purposefully built just for you.
Made-to-Order Production

Most Rove products—boards, bags, and accessories—are made to order.

Production does not begin until your order is finalized and, where applicable, any custom design or color approvals are confirmed.

Because of this, we do not offer expedited processing unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Production & Fulfillment Timeline

Standard production time is 10-12 business days, depending on product complexity and seasonal demand.
Shipping Methods

Orders ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS, depending on size, weight, and destination.
- We currently ship within the continental U.S. only. For Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, contact us for a custom quote.
Tracking & Notifications

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Orders may ship from different locations depending on the product and production partner.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description.

We’ll review your claim and—if eligible—arrange a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced by different partners and shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment as it goes out.
