Rove Cornhole – Warranty Policy

At Rove, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. We want every toss to feel intentional, and every board to last—but like most outdoor gear, the longevity of your product depends on how you treat it.

Cornhole Boards Warranty – Standard Products

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on Rove Cornhole boards that are not custom-built, covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural issues (e.g., warping, separation, major cracking under normal use)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by weather exposure (rain, sun, humidity, freezing temps)

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or art ink fade

  • Improper use or modification

  • Surface scuffs

Cornhole Bags Warranty

Our bags are backed by a 90-day seam warranty, covering:

  • Material or stitching defects present at delivery or during normal use

This does not cover damage caused by:

  • Outdoor storage

  • Rough playing surfaces

  • Improper washing or drying

Custom Orders (Strictly Enforced)

Custom cornhole boards and bags—including any item with personalized artwork, logos, color modifications, or custom sizing—are excluded from warranty coverage and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason other than verified damage during shipment.

All custom orders are final.

We encourage customers to carefully review mockups, measurements, and specifications before placing a custom order.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged in transit:

  1. Notify us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a description of the issue

  3. We’ll investigate and offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion

Warranty Claims

To submit a claim, email j.robinson@rovecornhole with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the defect

If the issue qualifies under warranty, Rove will cover repair or replacement at our sole discretion. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.

Legal Stuff

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies to original purchasers only. It excludes incidental or consequential damages and is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
